“VILLA GAIA“ is a spacious two storey villa measuring 200sqm and suitable for up to six persons. It is decorated in earthly tones blending natural colours with bold russets.
The ground floor is open plan with a large living area containing open fire place, flat screen TV, DVD player and modern comfortable furnishings; dining area with table and chairs; fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, mixer and all utensils.
There is also a downstairs cloakroom with wc and wash hand basin and tumble. All doors lead out to furnished verandas which overlook the gardens and have amazing sea views.

Location
Gaia Luxury villa are situated in a truly privileged location, on the sandy shores of pretty Kipseli.
