It provides wonderful self catering accommodation in Greece next to a sandy beach. Lulled by the sea breeze and waves, relax in peaceful and beautiful surroundings. Lying just above Amoudi Beach, Villa Margarita occupies a spectacular position with breathtaking views over the bay towards the neighbouring island of Kefallonia. Villa Margarita is located in one of the most peaceful and relaxing settings on the island – the seashore is just below the villa and at night, the cooling sea breeze and the lapping of the waves will gently lull you to sleep. Villa Margarita is on two levels. It is beautifully furnished throughout in traditional Zakynthian style. The ground floor has a large living room with two comfortable single divans with orthopaedic mattresses for extra sleeping arrangements. There is also a fully equipped kitchen. On the mezzanine level is a separate double bedroom and bathroom. On the upper floor, there is a second double bedroom with balcony, and a second bathroom. Outside, there is a large wooden deck terrace which is literally perched above the sea as well as a smaller kitchen patio. The villa is surrounded by lushly planted gardens and a little gate leads you down a private path to the beach (30 metres).

Villa Alexandros is situated on the ground floor of a neo-classical Greek villa, with one twin bedroom and one double bedroom with two additional divan beds that sleep an extra two if needed. Villa Alexandros sleeps 4-6 Elegant neo-classical style villa next to the beach with tremendous views. The villa has one beautifully decorated living room with two comfortable divan beds and a fully equipped kitchen. There is one very pretty twin bedroom, a spacious double bedroom, two bathrooms and a spectacular sea facing veranda. The traditional village of Amoudi is only a few minutes walk from the villa where a variety of tavernas, shops and other amenities can be found. For larger parties, it is possible to rent Villa Antonia which is situated above Villa Alexandros. There is an external staircase accessing the upper level. Both villas have their own private, separate entrances and are decorated to an equally high standard.

Villa Antonia is situated on the upper floor of an elegant neo-classical style villa. The villa is set in beautiful, well tended gardens with a pathway down to the glorious sandy beach of Amoudi. Villa Antonia has a beautifully decorated open plan living room with kitchen. French Windows open onto the veranda with its tremendous views over the bay. The living room also has two comfortable divan beds. There is one double bedroom with balcony and a separate full bathroom. Outside, there is a lovely terrace for relaxing which is set just above the sea. The traditional village of Amoudi is only a few minutes walk from the villa where a variety of tavernas, shops and other amenities can be found
